Skull Appreciation Day Blog Hop

It's June 4th which means today is Smeared And Smudged Skull Appreciation BLOG HOP!!!
Welcome to my Blog!!
I LOVE skulls in fact I have a lovely Sugar Skull tattooed on my back!!
So I created two projects from this awesome Blog Hop!

The first is inspired by the legend of ghost ships and I went totally vintage:

I used A Pirate Life and added a small skull for her face from the Sugar Skulls stamp set.

For my second project for the Bombshell Blog part of the Skull Appreciation Blog Hop I went with a favourite insect of mine, a moth:

I made my own Deaths Head Moth (I also have a Moth Tattoo!) using Butterfly Dreams Bombshell Stamp set and adding little skulls from the Woodcut Madonna and the Tattoo Background stamp sets.

Now set off round the other players to see the LOVE we have for SKULLS!

I don't think I could love these cards more if I tried.

Can I please (pretty please with a cherry on top) rip off... err, I mean CASE your idea - giving you full credit of course.

You NEVER FAIL. NEVER, EVER, EVER, to inspire me and absolutely knock my socks off with 'why didn't I think of that' jealous love.

Great job.

I can't decide which one I love more! The pirate is really "I am woman hear me roar!" which I love but I like the mystery feel behind the moth. They are both fantastic!

Can't put my feelings in words. These cards are so amazing. The first is fun and sassy, but still keeping the idea of the skull in it. The second one is lovely..... Beautiful both of them

WOWZA!! 2 SUPERB projects! I love both, but especially the death head's moth. I'd love to know how you made it???? I went and looked at the stamps you used, but I can't figure out the tattoo background? it doesn't look like any of the stamps from the set. it looks like a frame to me. I would sooo love an ATC with your death head's moth, if you'd be willing to make a trade with me. I can make you something you like if you are willing!

Excellent work!
hugs,
Susan
